I am always on the lookout for quality activewear. A couple of posts back I wrote about having an unconventional body type for the kind of intese active life I lead. As a runner and a roller derby girl who is not the "average athlete" body, it can be hard to find gear that performs well and stands up to the massive amount of physical activity I do. Because my body build is larger, I frequently struggle to find great activewear that looks GOOD. I get really nervous about buying brands online that I've never tried on in the store... so when I decided to give Lucy.com a spin, I was a bit apprehensive. I had no reason to be worried! I found some great items to try at Lucy.com Check out my path to purchase here.
A lot of my friends tend to look at activewear as just fun trendy clothes. I view it as tools to have the most productive workouts. Just like I want my derby helmet to fit right, and my skates to be top notch, I want my running tights and top to help my performance. When I slipped the pieces on I chose for my shop it was evident I found quality. Check out Lucy on Facebook and Twitter.
Pretty nice, right?!
Check out the awesome video I made. Just click on the "lucy activewear" link below. I thought it might be fun for you to come up with some narration for me! What should my video say about me, my active lifestyle and Lucy?
